We started Labor Day weekend by diving at the the Huntsville Space and Rocket center , doing an underwater diving park near Gadsden, and then spent a rainy Monday at the Barber Motorsports museum by Birmingham. We got front row seats for a show and then spent my bride’s birthday weekend test driving electric motorcycles and having amazing dinners at Georgia Boy and Lazy Betty. Both dinners were awesome experiences. So was the bike riding.

My son took a bunch of friends to Goodwill to buy outfits and then take his first trip to the Olive Garden for a birthday weekend meal; he had Mexican on the actual day. Shortly after, he had a mountain bike race and did much better than he did last year.

I had a legal conference at the Ritz Carlton Lake Oconee and ended the month at another legal conference at Myrtle Beach, just as Hurricane Ian slammed into our hotel beach. In between, I launched my first billboard and got some legal accolades.

Well done, September. Well done indeed.
